Yoga!

It is a yoga pose that you can add a little flexibility into!


 Start sitting like this- Basically in a pike position, but one leg is in a butterfly position.
Then stretch over and hold your foot, make stretch as far and you can and hold it for 30 seconds

Once you have held it for 30 seconds on your right, then switch legs and stretch it on you other leg
